The Belong Fund
Bringing children and families together.
Founded by adoptive parents Jeremy and Kathleen Willet, The Belong Fund exists to help break the barriers that prevent a child from growing up in a family. Through advocacy and financial generosity, we support people and organizations that bring children and families together and help break the cycle of poverty in local and global communities.
We do this...
- With financial assistance, we support parents who are opening their home to orphaned and vulnerable children through foster care and adoption.
- With monthly and annual financial contributions, we sponsor children in vulnerable communities around the world to help keep families together.
- With field visits, storytelling trips, financial assistance and project consulting, we come alongside people and organizations who are serving the most vulnerable people in our world.
- With Jeremy being a lifelong resident of Westminster, Maryland, we partner with local organizations that provide humans services for vulnerable populations in Carroll County, Maryland.

2026
- Provided funding at Ends Adventures Gala to promote and resource global youth ministry with New International
- Provided full set of kitchen supplies for the new family shelter in Westminster, MD with Human Services Program of Carroll County
- Provided funding for surgical operation for missionary with New International
- Provided a vehicle for an immigrant family in Maryland
- Provided funding to send Maryland Pastor to Haiti to lead Pastor Training
- Provided yearlong residential care funding for teenager experiencing adoption-related trauma
- Sponsored children with World Vision, ChildFund, Food for the Hungry and Children International
2025
- Provided desks, chairs, mattresses, uniforms, and supplies for Naning’oi Primary School and Rescue Center in Kenya with ChildFund
- Provided funding to a medical fund for a Missions Storyteller & Care Pastor to receive life-saving surgery
- Constructed The Evans Aboyinne Atoliyia Willet Youth Community Center & Baseball Field in Bolgatanga, Ghana
- Provided funding to a medical fund for a Chief Financial Officer serving at New International
- Provided missionary support to a lead graphic designer and photographer serving at New International
- Sponsored children with World Vision, ChildFund, Food for the Hungry and Children International
2024
- Provided funding to Lifesong for Orphans to assist with a Maryland Family’s Domestic Adoption
- Provided funding for a Ministry Training Facility in Cap Haitien, Haiti
- Provided funding for The Human Services Programs of Carroll County in Maryland to
purchase a vehicle to provide child health and development services, adult education and parenting services, family enrichment services, and home visitation services. - Provided funding for missionaries serving with New International to promote and resource youth ministries globally.
